Once you approve your quote, a $100 CAD deposit per custom item is required to secure your order. The deposit is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We’ll send you a secure payment link for your deposit, which will be applied toward your approved order total. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of notification that your order has arrived at Muze 44. Pickup orders must also be collected within those 7 days. An alternative pickup date may be agreed with Muze 44, but this does not extend the balance-payment deadline. Orders will only be shipped or released for pickup after payment in full.
